SERVICES

I enjoy taking my time in getting to know, understand and build relationships with the families I work with. The packages I’ve created, allow both parties to do so. We will spend one on one time throughout your pregnancy, working through any fears you may have. This is a time that you will forever remember, my goal is to help make it as beautiful as possible.

  • Ingesting your placenta can possibly help with postpartum depression, increase milk supply, boost energy levels, decreases stress hormones, restores iron and increases the production of oxytocin

  • Belly binding helps encourage healing from pelvic/pubic separation. It also supports relaxed and stretched out muscles. This can take place 2-4 days after birth and, for a surgical birth can take place 10 days-2 weeks after birth.

We will meet for three sessions. I will educate you and your support person on the benefits of binding. Then a belly massage will take place along with binding. This package also includes a womb oil.

  • You might hear people say “breastfeeding comes natural” but in some or most cases, it doesn’t. If the goal is breastfeeding, then this is where to start. We will go over the benefits of direct feeding, it’s nutritional benefits, positioning and latch, what to look out for and much more. Along with this lactation class, I will have one follow up with you to see how you and your baby are adapting.

  • This is a out of hospital, tell it like it is childbirth course. We will meet once a week for 5 weeks to discuss in detail about Physiological changes during the third trimester, optimal fetal positioning and the seven cardinal movements, how to time contractions, how labor will start, what birthing in the hospital will look like, the stages and phases of labor, interventions and indications, newborns care, postpartum care and lactation education.

  • This is a time for healing, allow me to help you navigate and overcome postpartum. This is a belly massage and binding session along with a herbal foot soak. The herbs used are to help with that after birth swelling and pain.

A cord keepsake is a forever reminder of the special connection you and your precious babe have. This can be done with placenta encapsulation or by itself.
